The goal of
ScrumTools is to bring the right people into a project. I select
these people to make the transformation to agile work for your
organization. Often this doesn’t require long on-site presence,
or long term involvement of multiple consultants. While working
with small & large organizations (10 - 10,000+) and small &
large IT teams (5 - 1,000+) I’ve learned that it is critical to
be present during key moments in a transition.

The kick-off for
the transitioning to agile is such a moment, usually all the
involved people get trained at this moment. Other moments are
during planning & review of a release and iteration, or while
the organization considers the roles and responsibilities of the
team members in the new agile environment.
Each organization is unique, and only after a good discussion
with you as a future customer can the right approach be agreed.
The approach will always be agile: delivering results at short
intervals, and with you as a customer deciding what is most
important to change. |
